I was in need of original Havells exhaust fan. Searched inany shops and the same was not available. Checked Online also not readily available.
I checked online and got the phone number of M/s..Havells Galaxy /Mahaveer Electricals. Phoned to the manager. There was a Very good response by the Manager. They responded very promptly. I phoned and requested for Havells exhaust Fan. There was no stock with them. Manager replied he would get the item by 07.00 PM. As promised, he arranged the Havells exhaust Fan and phoned me. He also arranged for porter and arranged door delivery. I received the orginal Havells exhaust fan and got it fitted. The fan is working in perfect condition. Thanks to the manager and M/s. Havells Galaxy/Mahaveer Electricals for their prompt response and service.
