Chocolatey indulgence with a protein boost- now that’s what we call a perfect Christmas snack! Put on your aprons and get ready to bake protein-rich brownies with the Havells Neo Air Fryer.
Recipe:
1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder.
2. Add peanut/almond butter, milk, and honey.
3. Mix until smooth and thick.
4. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
5. Line the tin with a parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
6. Spread it evenly.
7. Preheat Havells Air Fryer at 160°C for 3 minutes.
8. Air fry at 160°C for 12–15 minutes until set but fudgy.
9. Let cool slightly before decorating.
10. And done! Your delicious brownies are ready!
