Immerse yourself in the joy of colours as you savour hot, crispy gujiyas straight out of the Havells Prolife Delicia Airfryer. Healthy yet indulgent, this is the perfect treat to enjoy this Holi!
Recipe:
1. Knead the dough for the gujiya sheets.
2. Add khoya, powdered sugar, nuts, semolina and coconut in a pan and cook it on low heat.
3. Mix well till the texture is light and aromatic.
4. Add the filling to the gujiya sheets and seal the edges.
5. Preheat the Havells Prolife Delicia Air Fryer at 180 degrees for 3 minutes and place the gujiyas inside.
6. Brush lightly with ghee.
7. Airfry at 180° Celsius for 12-15 minutes, flipping once in between.
8. Serve hot and fresh once the edges are golden brown and the gujiyas are crisp. Happy Holi!
