Say hello to Naan Khatai, buttery, crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth goodness, made with 99% less oil in the Havells Stellar Digital Air Fryer. 🤍
Recipe:
1. In a bowl, combine maida, besan, suji, sugar and baking powder.
2. Sieve the dry ingredients together to get a smooth, lump-free mixture.
3. Add desi ghee and mix well until the dough comes together.
4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.
5. Lightly press each ball and place the naan khatais in the Havells Stellar's spacious 5.5L non-stick pan.
6. Select the preset, set the temperature to 160°C, and air fry for 12–16 minutes.
7. Once golden and baked through, let them cool slightly.
8. Serve with a steaming cup of chai and enjoy! ☕🍪
Now all that's left to do is pour the chai and take that first bite. ✨
